General terms and conditions
- Cancellation and postponements are only possible in writing up to 7 working days before the examination date, also in case of illness.
- In case of timely cancellation of an already paid exam, the refund of the exam fee will be made within 7 working days after the exam date.
- Non-payment does not entitle to cancellation.
- The examinations are subject to the examination regulations and the implementation regulations of the ÖIF, or the ÖSD, as amended.
- Before the start of the examination, all mobile phones and other electronic communication devices brought along must be handed over to the responsible invigilator. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate exclusion from the respective examination.
- At the beginning of the exam, a valid, unexpired ID must be presented (passport, EU ID card, residence permit, or EU driver's license).
For ÖIF exams, a valid registration slip must also be submitted. - I declare to take the exam without assistance, to follow the instructions of the examiners and I acknowledge that failure to follow the instructions or an attempt to cheat will result in disqualification from the exam without reimbursement of the exam fee. If there is a suspicion that another person is taking the exam in my place, the police must be called in to establish identity in accordance with the provisions of the ÖIF. Such an attempt can be punished according to the Integration Act with up to € 2,500 or 6 weeks of imprisonment.
- If incorrect information is provided during registration and subsequently appears on the issued certificate, additional costs of €50.00 will be charged for the reissue of the certificate.

Cancellation period: 14 days after purchase, but no later than 7 working days before the exam.
An exam spot is only considered booked once DIALOGICA has received the payment and the participant has received the confirmation email.
ÖSD certificates are ready for collection within two weeks after the exam; however, this is not guaranteed.
Certificates for ÖIF exams are sent by the ÖIF; DIALOGICA assumes no responsibility for delays or issues on the part of the ÖIF.
Failure to follow the instructions of the exam supervisors may result in exclusion from the exam without a refund of the exam fee.
Any attempt to cheat will result in exclusion from the exam without a refund of the exam fee.
Late arrival may result in exclusion from the exam without a refund of the exam fee.
In case of doubts about identity, the participant agrees to be photographed.
Times for the oral exam will be announced after the written exam.
If a participant only takes the speaking part, they will be informed of the appointment on Friday by phone or email.
Oral exam times are scheduled between 10:00 and 18:00.
