General terms and conditions
- Cancellation and postponements are only possible in writing up to 7 working days before the examination date, also in case of illness.
- In case of timely cancellation of an already paid exam, the refund of the exam fee will be made within 7 working days after the exam date.
- Non-payment does not entitle to cancellation.
- The examinations are subject to the examination regulations and the implementation regulations of the ÖIF, or the ÖSD, as amended.
- Electronic devices (e.g. cell phones) are prohibited during the examination.
- At the beginning of the exam, a valid, unexpired ID must be presented (passport, EU ID card, residence permit, or EU driver's license).
For ÖIF exams, a valid registration slip must also be submitted. - I declare to take the exam without assistance, to follow the instructions of the examiners and I acknowledge that failure to follow the instructions or an attempt to cheat will result in disqualification from the exam without reimbursement of the exam fee. If there is a suspicion that another person is taking the exam in my place, the police must be called in to establish identity in accordance with the provisions of the ÖIF. Such an attempt can be punished according to the Integration Act with up to € 2,500 or 6 weeks of imprisonment.
