DIALOGICA Europa-Akademie Wien offers you the option to cancel the contract concluded through a purchase on our website within the 14-day cancellation period.

If you wish to cancel the contract, please fill out this form and click the “Cancel Contract” button—a copy will be sent to the email address you provided. 

The withdrawal is only valid if the information provided here matches the details from your exam order—an email was sent to you after you completed the order process. 

Once we receive your email, we will contact you as soon as possible.
